If you're getting this error message when trying to activate, that means that all 3 of your Machine ID slots have been filled in our database.
Here are two ways you can free up a slot.
Deactivate inside SubLab XL
1. Launch SubLab XL on one of your currently activated machines.
2. Click the Settings icon and then the Activation tab.
3. Click the Deactivate button.
4. You'll be prompted to confirm deactivation.
5. That's it! You can use the free slot for another computer. This computer will remain deactivated until you sign in again.
Deactivate inside your FAW Account
Can't get to the computer you want to deactivate? You can free up the slot from your account instead.
1. Login to your FAW Account, and click the Activation Codes tab.
2. Hover over the purple activation slots to see more information about each activated computer.
3. Click to deactivate.
