Error message: Your computer is not on the internet.

Are you getting an error message that says, "Your computer is not on the internet. You'll need to connect and try again!" when trying to activate? Here's what could be going on.

💡 You're not connected to the internet. Please connect to activate. Once activated, you can use SubLab offline.

💡 Do you use any security software, firewalls, or proxy servers? Please have a close look at your computer and disable anything of that nature that could potentially interfere with the internet connection. Then quit SubLab, quit your DAW, relaunch, and try to activate again. 

💡 You're using a cracked DAW. We're not saying that you are but, if you are, then you may not be able to activate SubLab 🤭
