I received the error message "Can't connect."
First - do you have the latest version of Circle² installed?
You can download the latest Circle² installers here.
Most error messages can be quickly resolved by updating your software.

If that doesn't work...
Do you use any security software (like Kaspersky), firewalls or proxy servers?
Please have a close look at your computer and disable anything of that nature that could potentially interfere with the internet connection. Then quit Circle² and quit your DAW.
Relaunch Circle² and try to activate again.
